Bali Indah Visitor Regulations IIn order to ensure comfort, safety, and the unique character of visiting Bali Indah, we kindly ask all guests to read and comply with the following regulations:

1. Opening Hours
• The site is open to visitors daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, unless stated otherwise.
• Last admission is allowed 45 minutes before closing.
• Staying on the premises outside visiting hours is strictly prohibited.

2. Visitor Limit
• A maximum of 500 visitors may be present on the premises at one time.
• Once the limit is reached, entry will be paused until space becomes available.

3. Tickets and Admission
• Entry is permitted only with a valid admission ticket.
• Tickets can be purchased at the entrance ticket office.
• A ticket grants a one-time entry on the day of purchase or on another date specified on the ticket.

4. Conduct Guidelines
• Please do not enter designated areas closed to visitors.
• Touching exhibits and damaging vegetation is prohibited.
• No pets allowed (except for guide dogs).
• Smoking, use of electronic cigarettes, and consumption of alcohol are prohibited on the premises.
• Please maintain silence and avoid disturbing other guests.
• Strictly prohibited:
– Entry by car without prior authorization
– Riding bicycles, scooters, or balance bikes

5. Safety
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Visitors must follow staff instructions and posted signs.
• Failure to comply with the regulations may result in being asked to leave the premises without a ticket refund.
• In case of emergency or evacuation, follow all staff instructions immediately.

6. Photography and Recording
• Photography for personal use is allowed, except for commercial photo sessions or drone use—these require prior permission from the site manager.
• Any commercial use or publication of materials created on the premises requires written consent from the property owner.

7. Liability
• The organizer is not responsible for lost items or for damages resulting from non-compliance with the regulations.
• Visitors are fully liable for any damage or destruction caused by their actions.

8. Group Reservations and Special Events
• Organized groups (over 15 people) are requested to contact us in advance to make a reservation.
• Hosting special events, photo sessions, workshops, or other activities requires prior consent and arrangement with the site manager.
