In connection with the entry into force on May 25, 2018, throughout the European Union, including Poland, of the new EU Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ EU L 119, p.1) referred to as GDPR – we are committed to respecting your right to privacy on the Internet and making every effort to properly secure any shared data ("Personal Data"). We also emphasize that the website www.baliindah.pl can be browsed without providing your personal details.
- The administrator of your personal data is TOURTREND Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Strzelinko 14, 76-200 Słupsk (KRS Number: 0000211405, NIP: 839-29-32-977, REGON: 220034359) and all entities affiliated with and dependent on it, both personally and capital-wise, directly or through other entities, as well as other entities we cooperate with, for example, for the provision of services.
- We commit to taking appropriate measures to protect against unauthorized access or disclosure of data to third parties. We inform that the databases of the service operator are secured against third-party access. 3.

- Your personal data is processed for the purpose of:
- Entering into and executing the contract(s), including ensuring transaction service, resolving problems, and fulfilling your requests directed to us – because processing is necessary for entering into and executing the contract(s) (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR)
- Providing services electronically and sending commercial information – based on your consent (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR in conjunction with art. 10 sec. 2 of the Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means),
- Direct marketing of products or services, including establishing contact, presenting offers, conducting measurements and analyses, including profiling (i.e., using personal data to create your profile regarding products and services you may be interested in), saving data in cookies, and collecting data from websites and mobile applications – based on your consent (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR in conjunction with art. 172 of the Telecommunications Law),
- Fulfilling legal obligations incumbent upon us arising from EU law or Polish law (e.g., towards the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection, tax offices) – because processing is necessary to comply with the legal requirements to which we are subject (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR),
- Ensuring the handling of payment services, ensuring the security of the services we provide electronically, responding to your requests submitted for example through the contact form when they are not directly related to the execution of the contract, debt collection, conducting court, administrative, and mediation proceedings, archiving data for archival purposes and ensuring accountability (compliance with legal obligations) – because processing is necessary to fulfill our legitimate interest which is the service of the provided services, fulfilling your requests, the possibility of determining, pursuing, or defending against claims, data archiving (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR).
- The recipients of your data may be entities:
- Tourtrend Sp. z o.o.,
- Entities authorized under applicable law, e.g., courts and state authorities,
- Companies providing services with which we cooperate, including IT, marketing, advertising, accounting-financial, auditing, and control, legal – provided that such entities process data based on a contract with the administrator and only in accordance with the administrator's instructions.
- You have the following rights:
- Access to the content of your personal data, including obtaining copies of data,
- Changing data (rectification, completion, updating),
- Withdrawing consent at any time in cases of processing data based on previously granted consent,
- Limiting processing at any time, due to a specific situation, unless processing is required by law,
- Objecting to the processing of personal data when the processing is based on a legitimate interest, or for statistical purposes, and the objection is justified by a specific situation,
- Requesting deletion of data,
- Transfer of personal data, i.e., to receive that personal data in a structured, commonly used format suitable for machine reading, and you have the right to send that personal data to another administrator,

- Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for entering into and executing the contract(s) binding us.
- The service automatically collects only information contained in cookies. The service operator informs that Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the terminal device of the Service User. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they come, the time they are stored on the terminal device, and a unique number. Cookies are used for:
- tailoring the content of the Service's web pages to the user's preferences and optimizing the use of the web pages; in particular, these files allow us to recognize the user's device and appropriately display the website tailored to their individual needs;
